Hogg Foundation: Well-Being in Rural Communities

Better Together began with a grant from the Hogg Foundation’s Collaborative Approaches to Well-Being in Rural Communities Initiative awarded to the Stephen F. Austin School of Social Work in 2018. The Hogg Foundation has provided financial support as well as opportunities for learning, collaboration, and inspiration. Our nonprofit was born out of this partnership, planting seeds in Nacogdoches County that will continue to grow long after the grant period has ended.
