To improve the wellness in Nacogdoches County by increasing the capacity of and collaboration within the community, agencies, and people.

Who We Are

Better Together Nacogdoches is a nonprofit organization serving Nacogdoches County. The nonprofit’s executive staff is supported by the Board of Directors. Better Together Nacogdoches emerged as a project of the Stephen F. Austin State University School of Social Work, and in 2026 transitioned to operate as a fully independent organization.
